CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Spencer Knight called to order the public hearing to set the millage rate on the above date. Council members Tom Strott, Brenda Thompson and James Bratcher were present. Council member Bill Spann was absent. No members of the public were present.
Mayor Knight stated that the proposed millage rate is 3.734. He asked for any comments. There were no comments.
Brenda Thompson made motion to set the millage rate at 3.734 for year 2010.
Tom Strott seconded. All voted for and motion carried.
MEETING ADJOURNED.
