CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Spencer Knight called to order the public hearing to discuss the millage rate. Council members Tom Strott, Brenda Thompson and James Bratcher were present.
Council member Bill Spann was absent. No members of the public were present.
Mayor Knight stated in the previous meeting the council had decided to keep the millage rate at 3.734. He asked for any discussion. The Council had no comments. There were no members of the public present.
