CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Bruce Altznauer called to order the regular meeting of the Rutledge City Council on the above date. Council members Brenda Thompson and Tony Sells were present. Council members Brandie Owens and Adam Beckstine were absent.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Altznauer called for and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Brenda Thompson made motion to approve the minutes of the November 19th meeting as submitted. Tony Sells seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried with a constitutional majority.
APPROVAL OF ACCESS EASEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN REID GRIFFIN AND CITY OF RUTLEDGE TO NEW CITY PARK ENTRANCE
Mayor Altznauer said we have had a lot of discussion over this easement. We had two lawyers working on this. Charles Merritt wrote the agreement. We have everything except we are waiting on Ricky Blevins to finish the plaque stand. Tony Sells made motion to approve the Access Easement Agreement between Reid Griffin and the City of Rutledge to the new city park entrance. Brenda Thompson seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried with a constitutional majority
APPROVAL OF ALCOHOL LICENSE APPLICATIONS
Brenda Thompson made motion to approve the alcohol license applications for Rutledge Wings, LLC and WILBEC, LLC. Tony Sells seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried with a constitutional majority. Brenda Thompson made motion to approve the alcohol license applications for Chevron Food Mart and Alanta Hwy Amoco contingent on all paperwork and payments being submitted. Tony Sells seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried with a constitutional majority.
CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF BUDGET ADJUSTMENT REQUEST IN THE AMOUNT OF $634,267.50. WATER/SEWER SFRF GRANT, ID: GA-0011692-RATIFICATION
Tony Sells made motion to approve the ratification of the budget adjustment request in the amount of $634,267.50, water/sewer SFRF Grant, ID: GA-0011692. Brenda Thompson seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried with a constitutional majority.
