CALL TO ORDER

Mayor Bruce Altznauer called to order the public hearing of the Rutledge City Council on the above date. Council members Brandie Owens, Adam Beckstine, Tony Sells and Brenda Thompson were present as were members of the public.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

Mayor Altznauer called for and led the Pledge of Allegiance.

BUDGET DISCUSSION

City Clerk Debbie Kilgore went over the budget figures and explained why some line items went up and answered questions from the council. She stated the next public hearing on the budget was scheduled for June 28^th.

PUBLIC COMMENT

Mayor Altznauer called for public comment. There was none. One citizen was present and asked questions as we went along.

Council member Brandie Owens made motion to adjourn the public hearing at 6:44 pm. Adam Beckstine seconded all voted in favor and motion carried.
