BUDGET AMENDMENT – LMIG GRANT AMOUNT

Mayor Altznauer stated the LMIG grant from DOT was budgeted at $17,636.00 and should have been $18,829.25. STATEWIDE MUTUAL AID AND ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT

CYBER SECURITY / CAMERAS

Mayor Altznauer informed the council the cameras at the park were starting to fail and we were looking to replace them. He said we have received one quote and are still waiting on a couple of companies. We have been advised that the cameras need to be higher. He said I just wanted to inform you that we are taking bids. We are going to put cameras at the new well on Fears Road.

APPROVAL TO PURCHASE NEW COMPUTERS

Mayor Altznauer stated that three of our computers need to be replaced. Two at city hall and one at the public works office at the depot. He stated that he did not have the quote yet but have to be replaced. Brenda Thompson made motion to approve the purchase of three computers. Tim Smith seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried.

LIFT STATION COSTS – PUMP TRUCK

Mayor Altznauer advised the council due to heavy rains recently the Nunnally Street lift station could not keep up and G & H Septic Tank pumper truck had to come out and pumped for two days. He said we have not received the bill as of today but it is going to be close to $10,000.00.

My plan is to get with the water/sewer operator and come up with a game plan to line the man- holes.
