CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Altznauer called to order the public hearing on the above date. Council members Brenda Thompson and Tim Smith were present. Council member Tony Sells and Brandie Owens were absent. There were no citizens present.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Altznauer called for and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
DISCUSSION OF MILLAGE RATE
Council members looked over the 2019 computation and figures for the tax millage rate and discussed the rollback rate of 3.287. Mayor Altznauer stated this rate will be lower than last year and it shows a slight increase. Debbie Kilgore advised that new homes were built and assessment changes would be a reason for that.
PUBLIC INPUT
Mayor Altznauer called for public input. There were no citizens present.
Tim Smith made motion to adjourn at 6:10 pm. Brenda Thompson seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried with a constitutional majority.

CITY OF RUTLEDGE PUBLIC HEARING – JULY 22, 2019 – 6:30 PM
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Altznauer called to order the second meeting for the millage rate at 6:30 on the above date. Council members Tim Smith and Brenda Thompson were present. Council member Brandie Owens and Tony Sells were absent. There were no citizens present.
ADOPT MILLAGE RATE
Tim Smith made motion to adopt the 2019 rollback rate of 3.287. Brenda Thompson seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried with a constitutional majority.
