CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Bruce Altznauer called to order the Rutledge Public Hearing on the above date. Council Members Brenda Thompson, Tony Sells, Tim Smith and Brandie Owens were present. There were no citizens or public present.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Altznauer called for and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
DISCUSSION OF FY 2019/2020 BUDGET
City Clerk Debbie Kilgore submitted the general and water/sewer fund budgets to the council. She advised the council that the figures would change some before the next meeting. She stated that the general fund revenues were going to exceed $500,000.00. We are also waiting on the capital outlay figures due to the city hall financing; all budget line items were looked at and discussed. She informed the council that TSPLOST revenue starts in July and would be a separate fund and would require a separate checking account.
CITIZEN INPUT
Mayor Altznauer called for citizen input on the Fiscal Year 2019 / 2020 budget figures. There were no citizens present.
Tony Sells made motion to adjourn at 8:11 pm. Tim Smith seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried.
