CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Bruce Altznauer called to order the regular meeting of the Rutledge City Council on the above date. Council members Brenda Thompson, Tim Smith, Tony Sells and Brandie Owens were present as were members of the public.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Altznauer called for and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Tim Smith made motion to approve the minutes of the December 18, 2018 meeting as submitted. Brandie Owens seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried
APPROVAL OF SERVICE DELIVERY STRATEGY AGREEMENT
Tim Smith made motion to accept and approve the Service Delivery Strategy Agreement. Tony Sells seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried.
APPROVAL OF THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT TO CALL FOR REFERENDUM AUTHORIZING ONE PERCENT TRANSPORTATION SPECIAL PURPOSE LOCAL OPTION SALES AND USE TAX THE TSPLOST 2019
Council member Tony Sells made motion to approve the agreement to call for the TSPLOST referendum on the condition the percentages are correct. Tim Smith seconded all voted in favor and motion carried.
Tim Smith made motion to adjourn at 7:28 PM. Brandie Owens seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried.
