CALL TO ORDER

Mayor Knight called to order the public hearing of the Rutledge city council on the above date.  Council members Bill Spann and Brenda Thompson were present.  Council members James Bratcher and Tom Strott were absent.  There were no citizens present.

BUDGET DISCUSSION

Mayor Knight advised that since there were no citizens present and two council members absent that no discussion need  take place.  Council members agreed.

Bill Spann made motion to adjourn the public hearing.  Brenda Thompson seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried with a constitutional majority.
