CALL TO ORDER

Mayor Knight called the special called meeting to order on the above date.  Council members Tom Strott, James Bratcher, Bill Spann and Brenda Thompson were present.  Attorney Christian Henry was also present.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

Tom Strott made motion to leave regular session for the purpose of entering executive session to discuss possible litigation and real estate.  James Bratcher seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried.  James Bratcher made motion to exit executive session to enter into regular session.  Tom Strott seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried.

Litigation was discussed and real estate acquisition.  No motions were made or votes taken.
