CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Spencer Knight called to order the special called meeting on the above date. Council member Brenda Thompson, James Bratcher and Tom Strott were present. Council member Bill Spann was absent.
EXECUTIVE SESSION – PERSONNEL
Brenda Thompson made motion to exit regular session for the purpose of entering executive session to discuss personnel issues. James Bratcher seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried. Brenda Thompson made motion to exit executive session. James Bratcher seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried.
James Bratcher made motion to hire Peoples & Quigley on a contract basis with a 90 day probationary period. Brenda Thompson seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried.
Tom Strott made motion to adjourn. James Bratcher seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried.
