Rutledge City Hall is located at 105 Newborn Road, in the old Bank of Madison building, next door to the Rutledge Post Office.
For your convenience, the drive through window is open during our regular business hours, and we also have a drop box available for after hours payments. The drop box is located right beside the drive through window. Please use an envelope if possible when dropping your payment in the drop box.

*Please note: For Water Bill Payments, we accept checks, money orders, credit or debit cards. We do not accept cash for payments.
Sorry, we cannot accept credit or debit cards for other services such as copies, faxes or business license fees. We can accept cash for these services.
