CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Altznauer called to order the budget hearing on the above date. Council members Brandie Owens, Adam Beckstine, Tony Sells and Brenda Thompson were present. No citizens were present.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Altznauer called for and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
BUDGET DISCUSSION
City Clerk Debbie Kilgore went over the General Fund FY 21/22 budget line by line and answered questions. She advised the council the numbers most likely would change some due to the fact she only received a preliminary digest. She informed the council she hoped everything will be completed in time to adopt the budget on the date of June 15, 2021 at 7:00 PM.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Altznauer called for public comment. There were no public comments. No citizens were present.
Brandie Owens made motion to adjourn the public hearing. Adam Beckstine seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried.
