CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Knight called to order the public hearing on the above date. Council members Brenda Thompson, Anthony Sells, Tim Smith and Bruce Altznauer were present. There were no citizens present.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Knight called for and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
DISCUSSION OF PROPERTY TAX MILLAGE RATE
Debbie Kilgore advised the Council that amount budgeted for property tax was almost equal to what the roll back rate computed to which was advertised in the five year history. Mayor Knight stated that the assessments went up and the roll back rate will keep the taxes from going up much more. We are actually lowering the tax rate from last year. He asked the council if they were ok with the roll back rate and they said they were.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Knight called for public comment. There was none. There were no citizens present.
ADOPT MILLAGE RATE
Brenda Thompson made motion to adopt the millage rate of 3.399. Bruce Altznauer seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried.
