CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Spencer Knight called to order the public hearing of the Rutledge City Council on the above date. Council members Brenda Thompson, Anthony Sells, Tim Smith and Bruce Altznauer were present. No citizens were present.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Knight called for and led the pledge of allegiance.
APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION FOR TEMPORARY MORATORIUM FOR ACCESSORY, LOFT AND EFFICIENCY APARTMENTS
Approval of Resolution for Temporary Moratorium on accessory, loft and efficiency apartments in downtown buildings for a period of ninety days. Brenda Thompson made motion to put a temporary moratorium on accessory, loft and efficiency apartment dwellings to remain in effect for ninety days or until such time as the relevant sections of the City of Rutledge Zoning
Ordinance are amended or revised, whichever comes first. Anthony Sells seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried. Tony Sells made motion to accept the resolution as is. Brenda Thompson seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried.
BUDGET DISCUSSION
Debbie Kilgore went over the General Fund budget and answered questions from the council.

No citizens were present.
Brenda Thompson made motion to adjourn at 7:36. Tony Sells seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried.
