CALL TO ORDER

Mayor James Bratcher called to order the regular meeting of the Rutledge City Council on the above date. Council members Brenda Thompson, Chad Cook and Bruce Altznauer were present as were members of the public. Council member Tim Smith was absent.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Chad Cook made motion to approve the minutes of the November 17, 2014 meeting as submitted. Brenda Thompson seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried.

APPROVAL OF ALCOHOL LICENSE RENEWALS

City Clerk Debbie Kilgore advised the council that Greg Sherrill of Rutledge Wings had turned in his alcohol renewal application and fee. She stated that the only items lacking were the bond and a copy of the state license. She said that Mr. Sherrill hoped to have that in by the next week. Chad Cook made motion to approve the beverage license renewal with the stipulation the bond and state application is received prior to license being issued. Brenda Thompson seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried.

JANUARY MEETING INFORMATION

City clerk Debbie Kilgore advised that the January meeting would be changed from Monday January 19, 2015 to Tuesday January 20, 2015 due to the Martin Luther King holiday. She stated she would run the appropriate notification in the newspaper and post it on the board and window at City Hall.

Brenda Thompson made motion to adjourn at 7:04 pm. Chad Cook seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried.
