CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Spencer Knight called to order the regular meeting of the Rutledge city council on the above date. Council members Brenda Thompson and Chad Cook were present. Council members Bill Spann and James Bratcher were absent. Reporter Stephanie Johns was present. No citizens attended the meeting.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Brenda Thompson made motion to approve the minutes of the August 20, 2012 regular meeting as submitted. Chad Cook seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried. Chad Cook made motion to approve the minutes of the August 21, 2012 special called meeting as submitted. Brenda Thompson seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried.
