CALL TO ORDER

Mayor Knight called the public hearing of the Rutledge City council to order on the above date. Council members Brenda Thompson, Tony Sells, Tim Smith and Bruce Altznauer were present. There were no citizens present.

MILLAGE RATE DISCUSSION

Mayor Knight and the council discussed taking the rollback millage rate of 3.647. Mayor Knight stated that assessments have gone up but the millage rate had not been raised in years.

PUBLIC INPUT

Mayor Knight called for public input. There was none.

ADOPT MILLAGE RATE

Brenda Thompson made motion to adopt the millage rate of 3.647. Tony Sells seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried.

Tony Sells made motion to adjourn at 7:05. Bruce Altznauer seconded, all voted in favor and motion carried.
