End of the year dinner concert in the park

The Rutledge Merchants Association is extremely pleased to present a dinner concert in the city park on Friday, August 31 at 7:00 pm to end the summer season and usher in the fall.  While music in the park is a frequent event they’ve never offered the entertainment accompanied by food service from The Caboose and Yesterday’s Café.  Tables will be available with menus from these eateries so that you can choose your favorites from both establishments.   Staff will take your orders and deliver food to your table.  Rutledge will provide the tables and chairs which gives you the opportunity to bring your linens, table décor, etc., a la Chastain Park.  (You do not need to provide china or utensils)

Performing that evening will be Liz and AJ Nance, a folk singing duo from North Carolina.  Liz is a native Georgian who started her musical career at the age of 13.  AJ stumbled into music when he met Liz and together they’ve been writing and performing for several years.  We’re pleased to have them perform for us while on a short visit to Rutledge where they are visiting family.
